Over the five years I have had this website, I have always been searching for products to add value to the site for you. Things that I can source, recommend and love.
I love diaries, stationery, aprons, food, smelly stuff and used to love wine – but I couldn’t find the right fit for Women’s HQ.
Then……. I was talking to a girl, who I talk to everyday, and she has a side gig which is creating these beautiful natural products. I asked to have a look and a test last year and loved them instantly. So, I have tried the whole range and use the products every single morning and night and look very attractive – no I don’t, but I love them, and my face looks and feels so fresh.
The creator of the products is a quiet lady who has lived and worked in Cooloola Cove for years, but because of her health she has had to move further south to East Gippsland, but her family still lives in the area and she visits when she can. Here is her story: “I created this natural deodorant after living with a chronic illness for the last 18 years. The only way for me to have quality of life is to eliminate chemicals and toxic products. The hardest thing to find was a deodorant which was natural but kept me dry. I was not happy with the current deodorants on the market, so my Mum made one for me which I continued to use for 3 years. Using her recipe as a base I tweaked it to make it my own, adding local, organic beeswax and an aromatherapy element. My deodorant is not just a deodorant. I have been working hard on new and effective recipes which have been extensively tested on friends and family.” The reason I love the product is because it is real. It is honest. It is natural and there are no surprises. She is full of integrity as sources the ingredients naturally from neighbours, her own back yard, Australian and local suppliers.
Anyhow, it is now for sale online and there is skin care, deodorant, hand wash, hand sanitiser, body spray and I think they are superb products. The Hand Wash is made with natural disinfectant and antibacterial essential oils. This is a very moisturising formula and will not dry out your hands. Ingredients: distilled water, aloe Vera juice, Castile soap (made with coconut oil, olive oil, jojoba oil, hemp oil, vitamin e), organic rose hydrosol, shea butter, coconut oil, vitamin e, tea tree, lavender, eucalyptus, rosemary, clove bud, lemon essential oils.
